Starts Dec. 10 with “Holding ‘Center’ During the Holidays”
MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 8, 2009 — Offering a joyous afternoon of equine-guided self-renewal, peace and balance amid holiday hustle and to-do lists, Wisdom Horse Coaching presents the workshop “Holding ‘Center’ During the Holidays” on Thursday, Dec. 10, 1-4 p.m., in a heated arena at a private farm near Delano, Minn.
Wisdom Horse Coaching, Minnesota’s premier provider of equine-guided learning experiences, recently relocated its coaching base from Hudson, Wis., to Delano. They also work out of other locations around the U.S.
“We’re now working with the beautiful breed of horses called Gypsy Vanners as our coaching partners,” says Wisdom Horse co-founder and lead coach Ann Romberg. “They take naturally to coaching and our clients love them as much as we do.”
Wisdom Horse’s other co-founder and lead coach, Lynn Baskfield, describes the series as “cozy afternoons to which participants can bring their dreams, challenges, hindrances and hopes. They can step out of the fray and come back to what has heart and meaning for them.”
Equine-guided coaching is experiential learning through human-horse interactions and exercises (no riding). People see their behavior reflected by horses, gain clarity about their problems and develop the confidence to pursue solutions.

Jan. 14: “Challenges and Changes”
Feb. 25: “Stepping Out of Your Box”
March 25: “Heart and Meaning”
Registration is limited to eight participants at each session.
All sessions1-4 p.m. at Vintage Vanners Farm in Delano.
Directions will be given at registration.

One session, $125
Two sessions, $225
Three or four sessions $375 (fourth session free with registration for three)
