Ann and Lynn work well together as business partners and friends, blending their coaching styles and experience to bring the very best to their clients. Ann brings a unique combination of gifts and experience.  Her personal life transition experiences provide a strong base for her work.  Her business experience includes more than 20 years working within Fortune 500 companies in IT leadership positions and consulting with privately held business.  Today she combines the insight developed from working in business and her personal transitions with the horse’s sensitivity to guide others on their journey.

Ann is a certified Co-Active Coach by Coaches Training Institute and a certified Equine-Guided Educator.  She has presented at both the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) and EGEA (Equine Guided Education Association) annual conferences on Equine-Assisted Learning.

Ann graduated from Drake University with degrees in Math and Psychology and has a MS in Computer Science but she acknowledges that two of her greatest teachers were Sky, a horse who taught her patience, leadership and love, and a horse named Yani, who reflected her commitment to bring Equine-Guided Learning to people in their business and personal lives.

We start with a two-hour discovery process and set up weekly face-to-face or phone appointments thereafter. I encourage all my local clients to do all or some of their coaching with the assistance of horses. Because coaching can take place on the phone or in person, you don't have to live in the same city your coach does!

Coaching related activities include being a member of the International Coach Federationand the Minnesota Coaches Association. I hold a masters degree in Human Development with an emphasis on coaching from St. Mary's University. Equine credentials include being a lifelong horsewoman, holding Level 1 Certification with the Equine Guided Education Association and completing levels one and two with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.

I have a special fondness for the words of the poet Rumi who says, "Let the beauty we love be what we do." In addition to my passion for coaching, I am an author, storyteller, and transformational educator and trainer, which means I get to do all the things that I love and share them with you.

Featured Horse - LUCA

When Luca is not coaching our clients, he is a start hunter jumper at our barn in Stillwater.   He's currently in Kansas City at the America Royal Horse Show!

We work with many horses in our area and around the country.  Not having to manage a horse facility affords us the ability to travel and bring this work to many parts of the country and world. There are wonderful horse coaches everywhere.
