We do this through life/executive coaching, teaching others to do this work and, most of all, partnering with horses as guides to that learning.  

Wisdom Horse Coaching is an established and well-known business.   The WHC Affiliate Program is intended to jump-start equine guided businesses by leveraging the Wisdom Horse name, experience and knowledge.  Our goal is for you to move quickly into getting paid work doing equine guided education and to create a community of Wisdom Horse Affiliates. 

When you enroll in our Affiliate Program you:

1.       Leverage an established well-known business name and ongoing PR to jump start your equine guided business.

2.       Receive accelerated learning from established, knowledgeable, full integrity teachers

3.       Gain visibility as a WHC Affiliate with a page on our website and use of our logo on your website and products.

4.       Have access to resources and tools such as:

·         Annually updated liability release for MN and WI

·         Documents and forms to support your client work such as planning forms and research we have compiled

·         Documents to support your marketing and selling process

·         Opportunities to work with WHC as paid facilitator

·         Mugs and other WHC products (at a discount)

5.       Attend community gatherings and special trainings to provide new ideas and resources for your business.

The Affiliate program is for those who have completed our Apprenticeship Program OR those who already have very strong coaching, horse skills and horse-human coaching skills (how to coach partnering with horses). We look for people with similar values, commitment to bringing heart and soul into the world, and bringing the voice of the horse to the world.  To be accepted into the program, we need to observe you coaching with horses and assess that you at a level to be an affiliate.

 

1.       Attend 3-day train the trainer.  Affiliate signup available after this training program – the cost of this workshop will be applied to the program fee if you decide to become an Affiliate.

2.       Attend 4^th day for business systems and affiliate program tools

3.       Coach at least 8 clients with 4 sessions supervised by Ann or Lynn. This hands-on training will propel you into the knowledge you need to do this work.

4.       Receive up to 8 hours of mentoring (feedback on agenda design, issues you’ve run into, additional supervision, etc.)

5.       Attend an every other month group coaching tele-call (group coaching and feedback).

6.       Attend special trainings provided by WHC  to address your needs or bring new ideas to your program.

7.       Attend at least one outside training (at your own cost) that teaches how to partner with horses in the coaching process

8.       Optional individual coaching (extra cost)

1.       Attend an every other month group coaching tele-call (group coaching and feedback).

2.       Attend special trainings provided by WHC at a 50% discount to address your needs or bring new ideas to your program

3.       Continue to do your own learning through other outside classes or conferences at least once per year.

You will be asked to sign an Affiliate agreement and renew that agreement each year. 

$4900 This includes the business workshop day, all mentoring, supervision, business systems and tools, listing on our website, tele-calls and special trainings (1-6 above). The 3-day Train the Train fee will be applied towards this fee. 

10% (after costs) of groups that bill out at over $1000 and 5% of any individual session.

$500 per year OR 10% (after costs) of corporate client or group that bills out at over $1000 and 5% of any individual session whichever is higher.
