Why is Horse Assisted Learning so successful?
When a person can lead a 1000 pound horse with confidence, leading people becomes much easier. Horse assisted learning is an emerging field in which horses partner with professional life coaches and facilitators to guide personal and professional growth and learning. It is experiential in nature. Because horses mirror back to us our strengths as well as our blind spots, horse assisted learning helps you generate practical breakthroughs in leadership and come away with solutions to tough problems.
All horse exercises are done on the ground. No horse experience is necessary.
