Horses, Equine Guided Education, and Wisdom Horse Coaching
  
  • Horses are incredibly intuitive prey animals, wired to be aware of the world around them at all times for survival. This is why they’re so adept at giving immediate and valuable feedback to humans.
     
  • Human beings tend to kid themselves. Horses won’t put up with that.
     
  • Equine-Guided Education (EGE) is experiential learning to which people bring their own life and work issues. It involves horse-human interactions and exercises (on the ground, not on horseback) through which the humans learn lessons they can apply immediately, with impressive results.
  • Wisdom Horse Coaching was founded in 2003 when Lynn Baskfield and Ann Romberg merged their EGE practices.
     
  • Lynn and Ann are certified life coaches and certified EGE coaches. Love of horses led each of them, separately, to incorporate equine learning into their practices. 
     
  • Wisdom Horse Coaching clients represent a variety of industries including healthcare, education, insurance, banking and finance, energy, lumber, and hospitality. Corporate clients include Wells Fargo, Medtronic and St. Paul Travelers Companies. 
     
  • What to Wear!
     
  • Lynn and Ann travel frequently to coach at ranches across the U.S., often in Arizona and Arkansas. They’ve also coached in Panama.
