Since 2003, Ann Romberg and Lynn Baskfield have been leaders in the Equine Guided Education field. Experienced facilitators and speakers, both Ann and Lynn have shared their learning through presentations at national conferences such as the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association and the Equine Guided Education Association.
Principals of Wisdom Horse Coaching, they work well together as business partners and friends, blending their coaching styles and experience to bring the very best to their clients.
Their executive programs deliver results. As expressed by one participant, “Of all the learning or development experiences I've had in my life, the most powerful one was being with Lynn, Ann and horses.” Ann and Lynn’s programs are grounded in connecting people and organizations to creativity and soul. They focus on authentic leadership, clear vision, and the ability to take action to move to the next level of performance.
Though both women have a business mind and a creative streak, Lynn's creativity and Ann's strategic thinking provide a nice balance in the workshops and custom training that they do. Whatever the venue, the horses are the star facilitators of powerful learning experiences.

Ann brings a strong and unique combination of gifts and experience to her coaching. She worked over 20 years in Fortune 500 companies in IT leadership positions and consulting with privately held businesses. The insights and knowledge gained in corporate setting and in her own personal transitions combines with the horse’s sensitivity as she helps guide others on their journey to clarity, self-awareness and confidence to move forward.
She is a Co-Active Coach certified by Coaches Training Institute and a certified Equine Guided Educator. She has presented at both the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) and EGEA (Equine Guided Education Association) annual conferences on Equine Guided Education.
Ann graduated from Drake University with degrees in math and psychology and has a master’s degree in computer science, but she acknowledges that two of her greatest teachers were Sky, a horse who taught her patience, leadership and love, and a horse named Yani, who reflected her commitment to bring Equine Guided Learning to people in their business and personal lives.

Lynn Baskfield, M.A., PCC

Whether working with corporate teams or individual executives, Lynn helps clients travel the gray territory of transition to living full out, full color lives. She includes several elements in her approach—nature, storytelling, horses and the arts—to assist people to take pause and listen to what has heart and meaning for them. Clients report greater fulfillment, increased effectiveness, less stress, more soulful workplaces and enhanced personal lives. Working with the horses every day mirrors one of Lynn favorite lines by the poet Rumi: “Let the beauty you love be what you do.”
A lifelong horsewoman and longtime entrepreneur, Lynn is also a published author and storyteller. She has a master’s degree in human development with an emphasis on coaching from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Minnesota Coaches Association. She holds certifications from the International Coach Federation, the Equine Guided Education Association and the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association. Every day the horses teach her the greatest lesson -- to be present and attentive to what is here in the moment.
