Writing The Wind Workshop

Writing the Wind will help you to reflect on your
most compelling themes and
issues. You will exercise your creative
writing skills through writing exercises and
experiential activities that include working with horses
as guides for learning. The two evening sessions will
be in circle at a private home and the Saturday
session will be at the stable with the
horses.

We are pleased to announce that we are working
with Dr. Su Wahl at Healing Arts
Wellcare Center (HAWC)

Hudson, Wisconsin to bring equine guided coaching
and education to you.
Here is what we offer:
* A state of the art indoor arena on 40 rolling acres
* Two herds of beautiful horses to work with
* A menu of body, mind, spirit wellcare services
* A guest house where you can stay for an overnight
personal retreat or bring a group
* Catering for your event
We will continue to work occasionally out of our other
facilities, but for the most part will be doing our work
from our Hawk's Ridge home base. We invite you to

Finding treasure in your own backyard
Hi. This is Lynn here.
I love to travel. I love the
people I meet like Mary
Ann
and her horse Tamarindo (above) from Panama. I
love the adventure of finding new places and just
finding my way. The world is full of wonder.
However, as I practice yoga, practice meditation,
practice coming back to my body and my breath over
and over again every day, I think of a traveler my friend
April met while in Scotland. He had had many
adventures. She was just beginning hers.
"April," he
said, "you think you need to travel far and wide to
have
adventures and learn things, but the only place you
need to travel is inside yourself."
Today, take a deep breath. Feel your feet on the
ground, your seat on the chair. Take the time to travel
inside. The truth you hear is the treasure you will find
in the spacious home
of your own heart. The adventure of your life starts
here.
