Spring brings about so many changes -- changes in the weather, changes in attitude, changes in our lives.
As you find yourself feeling more "springy", become like a child again loving the sun on your face, smelling the earth after a spring rain, opening your heart to the horses.
Take some time this spring to renew your spirit. Let the spirit of the horse restore your health, hope and happiness.

A Warm and Sunshine-y Greeting from Ann and Lynn
To each of you who reads this newsletter:
We are grateful for your friendship! The joy you bring us is immeasurable. We hope the horses' gifts continue to be a source of interest and inspiration for you.

We have a 60+ degree day here in Minnesota today. Everywhere I look, people are shedding their layers, walking with a lighter step, and seeing the possibility and hope that spring brings.
This morning the horses seemed more than ready to guide my client towards that possibility. Gyp, the wonderful white healing horse pictured above, persistently nosed and nibbled the man until he recognized an old limiting belief that nosed and nibbled at him in just the same way. Now able to see the old belief clearly, he was could name it and recognize that it no longer served him. Right then and there, he created a new belief that would serve him better.
I asked him to walk to a different part of the pasture and stand in this new belief. He hesitated momentarily, but Gyp walked right up behind him and gave him a good nudge with his head. No subtle hints there! Only clear direction to move toward what his heart knows is true.
Gotta love those horses!
