ShareOn Sponsors Free Equine-Guided Learning Demo for Executives

MINNEAPOLIS, July 15, 2010 — Corporate leaders are invited to observe and experience how equine-guided coaching can deepen and accelerate learning in today’s challenging business environment at a free demonstration on Thursday, July 22, 5:30-7:30 p.m., in Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

Sponsor of the open event is ShareOn, a web-based worldwide resource for corporate executives formed by a community of coaches, consultants, psychologists and business professionals. Twin Cities-based Wisdom Horse Coaching is the host.

A light supper will be provided and pre-registration is required.

The essence of equine-guided coaching is that individuals and teams participate in focused exercises with horses — no riding is involved — and come away with insights they can apply directly to work or life, accelerating learning, problem solving and behavior change in ways that no other training can.

Ann Romberg and Lynn Baskfield, founding coaches of Wisdom Horse and members of ShareOn, will lead the session. They provide equine-guided training for leaders and teams in industries that include health care, education, insurance, banking and finance, energy, lumber and hospitality. Their corporate client list includes Fortune 500 companies, as well as small- and medium-sized companies and nonprofits.
