One of the basics of any form of coaching is that the coach, somehow, acts as a mirror for the client helping her/him see and understand her/himself more deeply and in ways that has her/him be more capable. Jim was president of the Minnesota Coaches Association in 2001 and served on its board for two years. He has been active in the field of training and development for over 10 years. He has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations and went through a rigorous certification process with the International Coach Federation to become designated as a Master Coach.

Jim's experience was so powerful he now brings his clients out to see the horses.
